We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your event date. This commitment allows our artisanal team to begin the custom design phase and reserve high-end rental pieces for your exclusive celebration.
Can the decor be customized?
Absolutely. Every Aura Event is tailored to your unique vision. We collaborate closely with you to personalize every detail, from bespoke table arrangements to custom-themed candy buffets and boutique rentals.
How early should I book?
To ensure availability of our specialized inventory and design team, we suggest booking 6 to 9 months ahead for weddings and quinceañeras, especially during the peak San Francisco event season.
Are rental items available solo?
While we specialize in full atmosphere creation, our premium chairs, linens, and tables are available for individual rental to elevate your milestone event, reunions, or surprise parties with a touch of sophistication.
